Susan's yoga classes are a place where you are encouraged to stretch and challenge yourself, unwind and relax, build connections between body, mind and spirit.  Susan welcomes anyone with a desire to learn yoga.  

Classes have a body friendly approach and are supportive of individual needs.  Her yoga classes cultivates health and well-being, moving you toward integrated balance in all aspects of your life.  The classes are designed to provide individual attention.

Susan is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher through Kripalu Yoga Centre.  She brings 22 years of yoga experience to her classes.  Susan leads small group classes in the Wortley Village community and works with private clients.  She thrives on making yoga accessible and easy to understand for new comers.  Her teaching style is described as welcoming, humorous and healing.
